Then there's the food.
The Surf & Turf is a filet mignon sandwich with a high pile of chunks of lobster. The Maine lobster is delivered daily to the restaurant, according to its website.
The convenient location at 524 Jericho Turnpike is in a strip mall next to Panera Bread where a work lunch is doable given the counter service where orders are placed then brought to your table.
"The food was amazing," said Gina Christine Gibaldi of Riverhead, who ordered the Surf & Turf and posted a bunch of pictures on Facebook including one of the colossal sandwich.
She told Daily Voice about the restaurant. It has a "small bar and small menu but everything on the menu was just fresh and delish. I was more than pleased."
The food choices are simple: Rex hamburger, warm lobster roll, chicken sandwich, fries served in a cone holder, a kids menu, Häagen Dazs shakes and there's a bar.
Gibaldi's post drew 40 comments.
Frank Adamo of Little Neck in a Facebook post said he "was at the same place Friday. Love it there on Jericho."
"I love this place," posted Monika Odell, also on Facebook in response to Gibaldi's post.
